Q/   Is my move covered in the event of any damage?
A/   Yes. All moves thru Trusted Movers Network are covered at minimum by the Federal Mandatory Requirement of $0.60 per pound. Interstate Moves (crossing state lines) typically include Full Value Replacement coverage thru the mover. TMN also has Moving Protection packages you can add-on to your move.

Q/   Can I know the name of my mover before booking a move?
A/   In most cases, no. We have a large network of movers, and only after the move is booked is your mover assigned. You will receive an email shortly afterwards with the details of your move, including the name of the mover. All movers comply with our set rates, code of ethics and policies, so rest assured, you will receive great service.

If you have a move scheduled, and the mover has not confirmed or is late for the appointment, please call us directly at (757) 918-7612. 

If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, or wish to give us feedback on your mover, please complete the Quality Assurance report and we will be back in touch with you shortly. We take all such matters very seriously and your feedback is greatly appreciated and permanently attached to the mover's record with TMN.
